DESCRIPTION

Those Multiplace Chambers are specially designed for HBO Treatment, diving training and recovery, research works, equipment controls, leaking test, etc.

Due to its reduce size and weigh, they could be place wherever it might be needed: hospitals, standard containers, Mobil Units, Diving or Oceanography Ships, etc.

- Bottom frame: valves for pressurization, depressurization, air renewal, breathing dumping, flowmeter, etc

8.- Installation works

A qualified engineer will supervise all mounting works at sight from compressor, piping, safety systems, electrical circuits.  All workers will be experienced in that hyperbaric system.  Nobody will be alone without a close supervision of Iberco΄s manufacturer.

9.- Air supply system

a.- Primary

Enough to pressurise the inner lock once and outer lock twice ( are needed for this purpose 100,000 litres  air = All air contained in 10 cylinder 50 liter/200 bar) and will have moreover 18 x 50 x 200 = 180,000 litres in normal conditions (1bar and 20 ΊC) of air to be supplied from HP reserve cylinder for repeat pressurisations operations , if necessary.

Total offer:    28 cylinder  50 litre/ 360 bar, double head (valve air out superior level and a lower purge for condensating in each cylinder)

b.- Secondary supply.

A LP compressor at 13 bar with a discharge flow up to 3.3 m3/min (30 Kw powered) Ingersoll Rand type MU-30, will possibility a rate of pressure amount  around 4 meter/min in inner lock, enough for that use and will provide a ventilation flow better than 300 litre/min (18,000 litre volume tank at 12 bar working pressure)

10.- Pressure relief system

a.      a.     Exhaust system should have capacity to release at the rate of 35 ft sw/min

b.      b.     Flow meter capable from 150 – 300 litre/min, in the inner lock

c.       c.      Relief valve, one in each lock, with a shut-off valve before it.

11.- Lighting
