Single beam Sonar for automatic depth control or a horizontal target Sonar supports the navigation in water with bad visibility. The combination of both gives a perfect and cost-effective double Sonar. Sonars with ranges from 30-90 m are available. Instead of the standard camera, any other suitable video camera can be mounted. Highly sensitive low light cameras, black and white cameras or digital cameras and camcorders can be adapted. Up to 4 parallel cameras give a wide view. The video images can be displayed synchronistically on several TV monitors or be switched to one screen. |

All pressure housings are constructed in the specific size for every camera. A separate housing for the flash light avoids reflections on the camera window. The release is remote controlled from the surface unit. |

Instead of the standard compass, a digital compass can be mounted. The digits are displayed in the videopicture on the screen. The compass picture can be switched of completely, which gives the advantage to displace the compass information from the picture if desired. [Tecnical data | Top] |

For ROV'S, operating mainly in strong currents and bigger depth, thrusters with a power of up to 900 W can be mounted. They are also recommended for systems with long cable where the propulsion speed plays an important role. |

A digital depth meter can be provided. The display might be displaced from the picture to receive an undisturbed camera picture. |
Many existing systems can be adapted to our ROVS. Depending on the construction of these systems, their signals will be frequency-modulated transmitted via the coaxial cable or may be transmitted via a special cable with four conductors. Sonar, magnetometer, low light camera or pan and tilt unit are just some examples of ingenius adaptations. The mechanical work as well as the change of buoyancy are obviously included. Even if no existing system should be adapted, every instrument is planned together with the customer for his applications. So special requirements will be considered and needless modules, increasing cost, can be avoided.
